This site is provided as a way to learn about C.C. Chimney Sweeps and request our services. By using it, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or scrape the site.
2. Booking & service terms
Quotes provided via this site are estimates based on the information you share. The final price is confirmed in writing once we've assessed your chimney in person. We'll never start additional work without your approval.
You agree to provide safe access to your property and to disclose any known structural, electrical or safety concerns before service begins.
3. Payment
Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit, check and cash. Repair work over a set threshold may require a deposit, which will be stated upfront.
4. Cancellations & rescheduling
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a small trip fee.
5. Warranty & callbacks
Our sweep and inspection visits are covered by our no-soot guarantee - Repair work carries written warranties whose details are listed on your invoice.
6. Limitation of liability
C.C. Chimney Sweeps is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden structural issues we could not reasonably detect, or indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website - including photos, copy, logos and design - is owned by C.C. Chimney Sweeps or used with permission. You may not copy or republish it without our written consent.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which C.C. Chimney Sweeps operates. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith conversation; if unresolved, it will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date below reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
