About this product
The crown is the concrete slab on top of your chimney, and once it cracks, water runs straight down inside the structure. Crown Seal is a brushable, flexible membrane that bridges existing cracks and stays elastic through temperature swings, so it doesn't re-crack the way patch mortar does. It cures to a natural concrete look, is environmentally friendly and maintenance free, with a 10 year pro rated warranty.
